It's been 1 year since I took up photography and It's been a wonderful year. Chocfull of highs and lows and every stage in between.
I've been using my Canon Powershot A80 to record this past year with very happy results. And even though it was a used digicam it served me beyond expectations. It kept my life for me to review at my leisure and it showed me the world in an entirely new light.

1 week ago my Canon Powershot A80 died of a burnt out CCD. The cost to fix him would be as much as buying another, and even though the thought of doing that disturbs me... I'm afraid I have to let me friend go.
He was my first and will always be my best.
